2, the installation of the inverter
(1) wall-mounted installation: the distance between the inverter and the surrounding objects should meet the conditions: both sides ≥100mm up and down ≥150mm;
(2) Cabinet-type installation: single inverter should be installed outside the cabinet cooling mode as far as possible (when the environment is relatively clean, less dust) ; single inverter cooling mode used in the cabinet, should be installed on the top of the cabinet ventilation cooling fan, and as far as possible installed directly above the inverter, multi-inverter installation should be parallel installation, if it must be installed in a longitudinal way, should be installed between the two converters partition. Either way, the inverter should be installed vertically.
Second, the wiring of the inverter

(1) the input (R, S, T) output (U, V, W) of the inverter must not be connected wrong;
(2) the main circuit path selection
(1) shielding wire should be used in analog control line, one end of which is connected to the common end (COM) of converter control circuit, not to the ground end (E) or the earth, and the other end is suspended.
(2) the switch quantity control line may not use the shielding line, but the two wires of the same signal must be twisted together.
3. The earthing of inverter
Multi-inverter grounding, each inverter should be connected to Earth, do not allow one inverter to ground and another inverter to ground after the connection. Improve the power factor of inverter, add DC reactor and AC reactor. In addition to improving the power factor, the following functions can be achieved:
(1) to suppress the inrush current in the input; (2) to reduce the influence of the power supply voltage imbalance.
The selection of reactance: 1) reactor voltage drop not more than 3% of the rated voltage; 2) when the transformer capacity more than 500KVA or transformer capacity more than 10 times the capacity of the inverter, should be equipped with reactor.
